About
Suzannah McEntire Aroneck is an accredited Home Stager in Amelia Island, Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Art from Savannah College of Art & Design and a Masters in Art Education from the University of Florida. Suzannah has been heavily involved in the arts for over 30 years and began Home Staging in 2022 alongside her mentor and Accredited Staging Professional Master and Home Staging Course trainer, June Carter. Suzannah's goal in Home Staging is to assist her clients in earning the highest potential sale price for their property in the shortest amount of time utilizing proven techniques and strategies to present real estate for all potential buyers eyes.
Mission
In Home Staging, my objective is to facilitate clients in achieving the optimal sale price for their property within an expedited timeframe. I employ established methodologies and strategies to effectively showcase real estate, emphasizing the floor plan and square footage, thereby enabling prospective Buyers to envision themselves within the space.
Vision
Our vision at Staged Amelia is to prepare the house for the unknown buyer and help them fall in love with the property. Through Home Staging the goal is to remove some of the things that are not needed for the listing and showing process and add things when needed. When selling a house, we have to think about the buyer and what they want or don’t want to see in a house for sale and stage the property in best fashion to be comprehensively presentable to the largest group of buyers.
